What position will I be in during a Post-natal Massage?
Positioning is dependent on which stage in the post-natal period you are in and which type of birth you experienced. Most positions are safe after delivery, but may be adjusted for your comfort. You may be side-lying (if your abdomen or breasts are sore) or you may feel comfortable lying face down.
What are the benefits of Post-natal Massage?
How soon can I have a treatment after birth?
This is entirely up to you - as soon as you feel comfortable. A full health consultation will be carried out prior to treatment to assess your needs.
Are there any circumstances when Post-natal Massage is not advisable?
